Art Lesson

This afternoon in Art, Base 4 did some observational drawings of planes to link to our History topic of Flight. I am so impressed with their drawing and shading- they looked absolutely fantastic! Well done Base 4.

Resilient Rhinos!

Year 2 have had a very busy day today. This morning, they completed an investigation to find the most waterproof material and then this afternoon, they learned different skills when throwing and catching different sized balls.

New Topics, New Learning

Since we returned from the Christmas holidays, Year 2 have been busy finding out what they already know about our new topics. We are learning about Everyday Materials in Science and The History of Flight in History. The children are very excited to learn more!
