Message from the Headteacher
We have had another busy week and managed to have get out and have some snow fun earlier in the week. As always, when it snows, we do everything we can to remain open. In the unlikely event that school has to close, we will text parents (priority 1 contact) and post a message on our website and twitter. Please let us know if your mobile number for the priority 1 contact has changed.
Again I have received very positive comments from the staff who have taken children swimming and to Arthog outreach this week. The behaviour of the children has been fantastic. Well done to everyone who has received a Headteacher Award this week:

Particles role play 16.01.2023
Year 4 have been learning about states of matter in Science. To make their learning more visual and interesting, they completed a role play activity acting as particles in solids, liquids and gases.

Snow! 18/01/2023
On Wednesday, Year 2 enjoyed playing in the snow at break time. Their behaviour was fantastic and everyone had great fun, playing safely and working together to build snowmen. It was lovely to see such amazing teamwork, well done Year 2!

Year 4 worked brilliantly in their science groups when sorting items into categories. We are very impressed with how hard you’re working, both independently and in groups, during lessons. Keep it up!
