We want everyone to connect with nature.
Forest school in the UK has evolved from teaching practice in Scandinavia, where there is considerable focus on learning in outdoor settings. At its heart is a holistic approach to learning which aims to allow each individual child to develop emotionally, educationally, physically, and spiritually.
Forest School gives our children the opportunity to learn and explore in a different way. By regular visits to our onsite woodland area, the children gain new skills and experiences that are not available in the classroom. We are encouraging children to take on new challenges, interact with others and persevere when something is difficult, they become confident and happy learners.

Our Forest School area is constantly adapting and evolving to ensure that learners can enjoy and thrive getting the most out of their learning.
All students are encouraged to join in with Forest School sessions.
In a world where we are exposed to so much technology…
