Maths Week 2019!

As part of Maths Week 2019, TT Rockstars are encouraging children to play on TT Rockstars as much as possible. They are holding a competition that we have entered. Please see the poster below:

Please encourage your children to go on TT Rockstars as much as possible and I look forward to seeing all of their success.

Mental Health Awareness Day

As 10th October is Mental Health Awareness Day, Miss S our ELSA created a mental health display in the corridor to remind the children of how to look after their own mental health.

Here is a photograph of our tree of worries and it is showing how sometimes it is ‘beautiful’ to let things go…

Language Day Fun

Year 1 had lots of fun on Languages Day. They learnt how to say ‘hello’ in lots of different languages and how to count to 10 in French and German. The children sung  songs in different languages, and can now all sing Frère Jacques beautifully!

The children particularly enjoyed tasting the different French foods. They were all delicious!
