Yr5/6 Boys Quarter final match

Our Yr5/6 Boys did extremely well in their quarter final against Lilleshall Primary school, first half Apley wood were 3 nill down but they came back strong in the second half and never giving up but narrowly losing 3.2, The boys should be proud of their team performance.

KS2 Sportsability Football

Our KS2 participated in the AFC Telford Football festival yesterday learning new skills and developing them, they all had a great time especially in the rain.

Yr3/4 Girls did it again.

What a week for our Yr3/4 Girls team, yesterday the girls played their semi final match vs lawley primary school and came out winners, it was such a great game for both teams and a very close game.

The girls now will play Grange park in the final at AFC Telford stadium( Bucks Head) on Thursday 4th May 3.45pm kick off, we would love to see lots of support for our girls so please feel free to bring family to cheer them on.

yr3/4 girls Finalist

Well done to our Yr3/4 girls they did extremely well playing 4 games winning 3 and drawing 1. the girls managed to get into the final and lost by 1 goal. The girls have been asked back in the summer to play for the 3rd/4th playoff against Lilleshall primary.

Santa Dash Friday 9th December

Friday 9th December the whole school will be taking part in a Christmas themed assault course. All children will need to make sure they are in PE kits and have suitable footwear on so they can take part. Santa Dash 22 Primary Timetable.

If children have Christmas hats then please get involved and bring them along.

Yr5/6 Boys progress to Plate

Yr5/6 boys progress to the knockouts of the plate, Apley wood played 4 group games winning 1 and drawing 3 they played some great football and scored some great goals. They await to see who their opponents are.

Yr3/4 Boys County Cup

Our Yr3/4 Boys played in the County Cup against Grange park primary and it ended 0-0 Unfortunately the boys lost on penalties. Apley wood should be so proud of themselves.
