Thank you to the Hobgoblin Theatre Company for their fantastic Vikings play. Year 5 had a brilliant, engaging and educational experience which provided them with plentiful prior knowledge for their Vikings topic next half term.

Year 5 got creative in their science lesson about planets on Monday. They had to use their maths skills: to scale down distances of each planet from the sun, to compare sizes of planets and to estimate approximate radiuses around each planet. They demonstrated excellent teamwork creating their own solar systems. Here are some of their photos.

Year 5 had a fantastic morning beginning their ‘Vector drawing’ unit for Computing. The enthusiasm in our classrooms was delightful to see. Well done!
