Year 6 Computing Day

Today, Year 6 had a fantastic day completing lots of computing activities. They designed their own 3D models, used HTML and programmed Micro:Bits. We were very impressed with their computing skills and excellent designs. A big thank you to Amazing ICT for running a super day for the children!

Doodle-a-Day

As part of diversity week, today the Year 6s listened to some Swing/Blues music to inspire their 5 minutes of ‘doodling’ and reflecting.

Blists Hill

Year 6 have had an amazing day at Blists Hill and they were an absolute credit to the school. They have learnt lots about the Industrial Revolution and enjoyed spending their money (especially in the sweet shop and bakery!)

Year 6 Sports Day

Year 6 had a fantastic final sports day. They threw themselves into every event and showed great teamwork and support for each other. Fun was had by all and even the teachers, who with the encouragement of year 6, were made to do a teacher’s race!
